The situation before the answer
Start with a real case or a professional question to reveal the need for knowledge. Learn to define the problem before looking for a solution.
Teaching & learning
I enjoy the moment when an idea becomes more than an abstraction: a way of looking, questioning or doing. My teaching creates these connections between knowledge and real situations.

What I aim to pass on
Learners need to apply their knowledge in situations they have not encountered before. That independence guides the way I design learning programmes.
Complexity brings a particular requirement: connecting disciplines, making assumptions explicit and examining decisions through different readings of the same situation.
My experience as a lecturer, subject lead and academic director has taught me to connect content, projects, assessment and support. A coherent programme grows from these relationships.
“Teaching means helping someone develop a perspective they can use without us.”
MY TEACHING PHILOSOPHYMy practice
Start with a real case or a professional question to reveal the need for knowledge. Learn to define the problem before looking for a solution.
Build over time, test decisions against constraints and bring different skills together within the same context.
Connect data, AI, cybersecurity, marketing and governance. Understand what each perspective reveals and what it leaves out.
Explain an approach, discuss the results and identify what can be transferred. Mistakes become information that helps us progress.
From the classroom to the organisation
I work on Bachelor’s, Master’s and MBA programmes, as well as executive education and continuing professional development. My design focuses on the intended skills, the learning situations and how progress will be assessed.
At ESDIC, my academic role allows me to bring this vision to an entire school. In consultancy, it takes the form of workshops and learning programmes tailored to teams and leaders.
I deliver my work in French and English, in international and multicultural environments.
A conversation to begin
A project, a transformation, a question about learning.
